'Breakfasts' @ The Ixora' - we cook it all fresh & serve you with passion, using the finest of the ingredients. We are extremely proud & delighted to note that, every guests of ours had loved the dining experience, set in our contemporary open kitchen. You experience the freshness of the property, right being there. Being a boutique 'house set continental plan', churned out from a home kitchen; We serve you with a well thought out combination of cuisines. An usual breakfast will include a house set Indian dish with accompaniments, Breads & Spreads, Porridge, eggs, sausages, bacon, Seasonal Fruit Bowls and regular Hot & Cold Beverages.
We also serve house set lunch / dinner, based on advance requests. We have daily Set House Menu, which we would be updating the guests in advance, Based on the availability of fresh ingredients & guest preferences, we would be tweaking the daily menu out.
Our home kitchen rolls out most of the traditional Keralite & South Indian cuisine and a selection of North Indian dishes. Apart from that we have options for Continental/ English breakfast. It's our home & we are reasonable enough to accommodate our guests preferences in whatever way we are able to do.
Ixora Outdoors
The property is full of character, even outdoors; to make your stay with us, as relaxing & invigorating as possible. We had designed our long verandah with tiled roof, for acquiring the unique Keralite traditional house experience. The traditional easy chairs & reclining chairs of the property, blend well into the verandah. A reader's haven, also cat nappers' !
We have two decks of budding native gardens, which is currently gathering a lot of greenery. The long driveway from the gates wind up through the garden till the laterite steps leading to the verandah. The long driveway also serves as our little track for hill running sessions.
The long terrace is a good place to spend time in the mornings or evenings, relishing the vibrant skyline. The property's verandah & terrace are perfect spaces for yoga sessions or any workout sessions. We host yoga & meditation retreats from time to time.
